  • Stephen Gregory

    Strategic Sourcing Manager

    Stephen has worked in the electronics industry for over 30 years, including in original equipment manufacturing and contract equipment manufacturing roles dealing with everything from supply chain to component engineering, NPI management to strategic sourcing. Stephen enjoys the challenge of working with customers and suppliers to get the right components at the best price and in time to meet deadlines. Outside of work Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, web design, playing clarinet and working with youth as captain of a Boys’ Brigade company.

  • Fiona Hamilton-Manns

    General Manager Manufacturing

    Fiona has over 20 years’ experience in electronic manufacturing in senior roles with leading electronic contract manufacturers. Fiona’s key focus is to drive change that leads ASL’s growth and helps us improve processes and practices for our customers. Fiona has cemented her experience with CPIM qualifications and ERP implementations. She is an active member of the Canterbury chapter of Women in Manufacturing and her enthusiasm for manufacturing has been based around the tenets of keeping it local and providing a quality service at a cost effective price. When not embedded in the world of PCBs, diodes and resistors, Fiona loves spending time with her family at sporting events, or camping and cycling.

  • John Keller

    Engineering Manager

    John (also known as JK) has experience in different electronics manufacturing plants both here in NZ and overseas. With a process engineering background, he enjoys implementing new technology and processes that help ASL continuously improve, with the ultimate goal of establishing an industry-leading manufacturing facility. Outside of ASL, JK is involved with the Christchurch Target Shooting Association and also represents New Zealand as the drum sergeant in a pipe band performing at many international events such as the Edinburgh Tattoo.

  • Fiona Vetcher

    Supply Chain Manager

    Fiona has over 25 years’ experience in supply chain management both here in New Zealand and working overseas. She holds a business degree and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Since moving to New Zealand in 1999, Fiona has worked for several manufacturing companies. Outside of work you will find Fiona tramping in the hills, camping in the wilderness, on her mountain bike or running with a map.

  • Chris Woodman

    Chief Executive Officer

    Chris has many years of experience within the technology industry, all with a goal of providing technical product solutions to benefit customers, people and businesses. Chris has worked in research, design and manufacturing roles across many industries and countries. After several roles in the UK, he migrated to New Zealand and led a research and development programme that resulted in wireless radio telecommunications solutions, deployed globally and with the United Nations. Fun fact about Chris – in a role where he held technical responsibility for a manufacturing site in China, he was invited and joined the inaugural Chinese Elevator Association Standards Committee, being the only non-national Chinese representative. Chris craves being outdoors and enjoys travel, experiencing new and different cultures. He also likes to get active through tennis or walking in the wilderness.
